Zuzana completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech republic. During her studies she has also started her career in law practice at recognized local law firm Rezek & Partners.
After finishing her studies, she returned to Slovakia in 2006 where she worked at several law firms, including the international law firm Rowan Legal until the year 2010. During this time Zuzana begun to specialize in business and contractual law with main focus on IT law, computer law, technology law and privacy.
In 2011 Zuzana founded and is the CEO of the Motúzová & Lacko law firm based in Bratislava. She managed to found and integrate world renowned law firms to a larger group of independent law offices and attorneys around Europe and Asia.
Zuzana is an expert in business law, IT/IP law, and technology law. Her passion are contracts, negotiations, and emerging technologies. Her interests include digital privacy, data protection, open-source, and security. She closely works with emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency communities. She is also a long-time cryptocurrency and blockchain enthusiast.
Her scope of work exceeds the border of law practice as she is an external lecturer for Verlag Dashöfer where she hosts seminars with a focus on personal data protection, privacy, and intellectual property law.
Zuzana speaks fluent English, Czech and has initial knowledge of German.
