• Assisting a private equity fund in the entire process of the sale of a Czech company with subsidiaries in Poland and representing one of the few market leaders in forgings and subassembly for railways in Europe.

• Advising a Turkish textile industry manufacturer in relation to the acquisition of a Romanian company, with an approximate transaction value of 3 million EUR.

• Representation of a minority shareholder in taking over one of the leading Polish business services providers.

• Restructuring the entire corporate architecture of a leading Bulgarian publishing group.

• Legal consultation to a group of shareholders in the process of sale of a Czech company. The transaction included one production plant in the Czech Republic and one plant in Slovakia.
HUNGARY
• Due diligence and legal advisory related to the business takeover of the Hungarian distributor of a German manufacturer of medical devices (approximate value of the transaction: EUR 0.5 million).
• Advising a leading CEE provider of BPO services in acquiring 100% of the shares in a Hungarian mid-size accounting company.
SLOVAKIA
• Representing the seller (a US subsidiary) in an asset deal with respect to the sale of its business connected to the provision of specialized courses.
• Representation of a prominent Slovak software house during the process of its acquisition.
