Professional Background
Alena completed her master's degree in law and legal science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in 2023, when she successfully passed her final state exam and defended her thesis on "Legal Effects of the Share Transfer Agreement and Issues Related to the So-Called Non-notified Transfer". She then continued her studies with a master's degree at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, which she successfully completed in 2025, including the defense of her thesis on "Effect of employee shares on the employee's commitment".
During her studies, she gained practical experience at a general practice law firm, where she worked between 2019 and 2025. Since August 2025, Alena has been working at the law firm DRV Legal, where she is part of a team focusing primarily on corporate law, acquisitions, company transformations, financing, commercial contract law, civil law and competition law.
