Professional Background
Annamária graduated with a law degree from Eötvös Loránd University in 2005, she built the foundation of her language skills through special German language and further improved them during her one-and-a-half-year stay in Germany. After graduating, she gained extensive civil law practice at large and medium-sized Hungarian law firms serving international, primarily Austrian and German corporate clients. Her work mainly focused on commercial, corporate, and labor law matters, as well as handling cases in broader civil and administrative law. She has experience in preparing legal positions and opinions; negotiating, developing/editing/amending and executing contracts; enforcing rights/claims/obligations arising from contracts; preparing official/litigation submissions, and providing legal/court representation.
