Anastas obtained his Master’s degree in law in 2012 at the Faculty of Law of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. In 2020 he obtained a PhD in Civil Procedural Law at the same faculty, and he has been teaching civil procedure since 2017. In 2020 he became an Assistant Professor.
Anastas was admitted to the Sofia Bar in 2013 and since 2017 he is a partner at “Punev and Stoimenov” law firm. His experience is focused mainly on legal representation before courts of all instances, including complex civil and commercial cases for both natural persons and legal entities.
Anastas has authored numerous publications on legal topics in civil law and civil procedure. He has also been coaching the Sofia University’s Vis Moot team since 2013.
Anastas speaks English and German and has an intermediate knowledge of French.
