Professional Background
Radovan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University (2016), where, in addition to his studies, he has practiced in particular in the field of advocacy. He also graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Masaryk University (2019), where he focused his studies on corporate economics, finance and financial market. Radovan passed the Bar Examination in December 2019 and since then is a practicing attorney-at-law. Radovan specializes mainly in insolvency and commercial law. He is the head of the insolvency team and has experience in representing parties to insolvency proceedings (in particular clients from the banking sector), but he also provides legal services from the perspective of an insolvency administrator (with special permission), including in the largest insolvency cases in the Czech Republic. He further provides legal services in particular in the field of commercial law.
