Václav Koubík Senior Associate   Legal Practice Areas    Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Acquisitions   Professional Background  Since 2021, when Václav joined DRV Legal, he was member of the team focusing on financing and acquisition transactions and general commercial law agenda. Before, Václav spent 3 years in leading multinational law firm in the Banking&Finance practice group.
