Dušan Dvořák

JUDr. Dušan Dvořák graduated from Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. The title of Dušan’s thesis was “Single-member commercial companies and their legislation”. He passed Doctor’s State Examination from Commercial law at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in year 2001 and after that he has obtained his doctor degree (JUDr.). He passed Bar Examination organized by the Czech Bar Association in 2002. Nowadays Dušan is an attorney at law and member of the Czech Bar Association.Dušan’s main area of expertise is especially commercial law, insolvency law, procedural law, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and area related to real estate property. His legal practice focuses on legal advisory service to commercial companies of domestic as well as foreign clients; mergers and acquisitions. Dušan advised in matters related to transformation and corporate restructuring, private equity/venture capital. Dušan participates in amount of significant insolvency proceedings in Czech Republic.
