Tomáš completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in 2006. He defended his doctoral thesis and completed his final doctoral exams one year after graduation (J.D.). In 2009, he passed the state doctoral exams and the bar examination. Since then he has been a practicing attorney-at-law. In 2012, he defended his doctoral dissertation and obtained his Ph.D. degree. Tomáš engages in publishing activities. He for example co-authored the commentary to the Act on Business Corporations and Viticulture and Wine-Making Act. Tomáš is also a member of Turnaround Management Association Czech Republic. He is a founding partner of DRV Legal.
